When something doesn’t feeling right and you don’t know where to start. We can start from step zero, even before you know what the goal is. Sometimes, a holistic look into your life can illuminate important themes that can impact every part of your life. We start broad to ensure you are building a life that’s meant for you and get more specific as time goes.
Long-term overhaul and support. You’ve identified what’s missing but you’re overwhelmed. You keep getting stuck in negative limiting beliefs and self-destructive habits. We can get to the bottom of that together, with an action plan to keep you moving forward.

As someone who has suffered from severe anxiety, depression, and panic attacks, I know what it’s like. I’m also what the internet calls “neuro-spicy,” and have figured out strategies to navigate a neurotypical world. Here are some things you might take away from our sessions:

Behavioral tools to manage those moments when you are in the thick of it. This can involve customizing meditation, exercise, breathwork, and affirmations that take into consideration the very real limitations of anxiety and depression.
Identifying environmental factors contributing to your mental health struggles. There are ways to build a life that supports and accommodates these challenges. Depression happens, let’s prepare for that.
Finding themes affecting your ability to thrive. Maybe there is an underlying belief that is harming you and amplifying these challenges. We can create new beliefs that support your mental wellness.
